Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Kaxe to make the kick off. Niklas Gabrielsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Fridlund in the 54th minute of the match. Påarp IFK's Folke Biörk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Kaxe in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evert Dahlquist got free with Niklas Gabrielsson in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eddie Emander charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eddie Emander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Påarp IFK got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Emander.
