Despite this Arvin Olsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Luleboll's goalkeeper Arvin Olsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kenny Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Siöberg in the 18th minute of the match. William Ferm charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Ferm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Luleboll getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. William Ferm hit a great ball. Arvin Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Mellin in the 22nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Kjell Siöberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kenny Bergqvist to make any attempt to save it. Kjell Siöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Kenny Bergqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ivar Linberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arvin Olsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivar Linberg's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Kjell Siöberg made the kick off in the second half. Ivar Linberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the game, Folke Vestlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luleboll's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sollefteå the free kick. The supporters of Luleboll booed when Sollefteå was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Linberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Siöberg in the 59th minute of play forced Sollefteå's goalkeeper Kenny Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 played minutes Luleboll got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Vestlund. In the 69th minute Eskil Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenny Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arvin Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Linberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arvin Olsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivar Linberg's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Luleboll's goalkeeper Arvin Olsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddie Mellin. If Eddie Mellin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Kjell Siöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenny Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Eddie Mellin made a precise shot to the right of Arvin Olsson. Luleboll's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 97 minutes into the match, Sollefteå's goal looked a bit too open when Eskil Olofsson came free, but Kenny Bergqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
