The long shot by Andréas Harman in the 14th minute really tested Vilgot Olenberg's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Backe BF's Vilgot Olenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Hellgren in the 16th minute of play. Petter Dahlgren charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 23rd minute, Ivar Vallengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Staffan Törnqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Mårtensson in the 26th minute of the match. With a little luck, Backe BF's Vilgot Olenberg got control of the ball when Helge Glad tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kenneth Åberg during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 43 minutes into the match, Backe BF's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Arne Harman came free, but Vilgot Olenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Backe BF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Backe BF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
