Spectators: 7335 (Terracing: 5503, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alvar Sundström took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Alvar Sundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alvar Sundström took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Norberg. Adrian Norberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 16th minute there was a penalty for BK Bonnbränna. Stefan Holmberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Adrian Norberg. 2-0. Adrian Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvar Sundström in the 21st minute of play. Holger Hylander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrian Norberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 played minutes Linneryd got a freekick which was hit by Axel Rudberg. In the 24th minute of the match Stefan Holmberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrian Norberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Axel Rudberg hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Stefan Holmberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adrian Norberg. Linneryd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Åke Bern in the 31st minute of play forced BK Bonnbränna's goalkeeper Patrik Vinström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Linneryd's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Holger Hylander fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Holger Hylander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Adrian Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th match minute, Linneryd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Stigsson to maneuver through the defense. BK Bonnbränna's Agne Bjurström suffered a concussion after 41 minutes and had to leave the field. When Sverker Stigsson fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Linneryd's protests and gave Sverker Stigsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Holger Hylander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Holger Hylander came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the BK Bonnbränna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Holger Hylander couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kåre Dusett stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Per-Åke Bern fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Dusett in the 53rd minute of play forced BK Bonnbränna's goalkeeper Patrik Vinström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urban Lundkvist hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Linneryd's Kåre Dusett sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patrik Vinström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Holger Hylander came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the BK Bonnbränna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Holger Hylander couldn't finish the play. After 64 played minutes BK Bonnbränna got a freekick which was hit by Jonny Nyman. If Per-Åke Bern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Per-Åke Bern managed to get in a good position for a shot. Linneryd's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Åke Bern was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrik Vinström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 76 minutes into the match, BK Bonnbränna's goal looked a bit too open when Kåre Dusett came free, but Patrik Vinström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kåre Dusett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Patrik Vinström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Kåre Dusett managed to get in a good position for a shot. Linneryd's supporters rose to their feet, but Kåre Dusett was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrik Vinström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Urban Lundkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the BK Bonnbränna players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
