Spectators: 7384 (Terracing: 5539, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marko Sellberg started the match with the kick off. Vilhelm Felin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Helge Lundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vilhelm Felin came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Virestad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilhelm Felin couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Virestad booed when Kungshamn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joachim Alebeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pelle Ström might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Helge Lundin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pelle Ström ran back to his position shaking his head. Pelle Ström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Helge Lundin having to make a save. Vilhelm Felin scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Helge Lundin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pelle Ström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Helge Lundin having to make a save. In the 14th minute Pelle Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helge Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pelle Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven-Edvin Hegg kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Virestad's Peter Andreasson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Casper Österlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Sellberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Pelle Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pelle Ström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helge Lundin having to interfere. In the 32ndth minute of the game Pelle Ström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kungshamn's Helge Lundin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Marko Sellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kungshamn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marko Sellberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute, Vilhelm Felin made a precise shot to the right of Helge Lundin. Kungshamn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 40th minute, Pelle Ström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pelle Ström to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Pelle Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helge Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Felin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Helge Lundin. Kungshamn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vilhelm Felin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Gottfrid Biörnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Pelle Ström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Helge Lundin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vilhelm Felin in the 76th minute. Pelle Ström took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Helge Lundin. Helge Lundin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Casper Österlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Sellberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Gottfrid Biörnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Casper Österlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marko Sellberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Österlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marko Sellberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Vilhelm Felin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Helge Lundin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The Kungshamn supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Virestad's performance. The match ended with a win for Virestad.
