Roland Igelström hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After having played for 13 minutes, Mårten Rydberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Njurunda BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mårten Rydberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robin Glad didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Njurunda BK's Mårten Rydberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 18th minute, Bengt Söderström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Njurunda BK's zone, Sven Liljeström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elof Sigfridsson came out of the goal and Sven Liljeström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute Mårten Rydberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Glad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when Alfred Öman made the kick off in the second half. Mårten Rydberg took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robin Glad. Alfred Öman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elof Sigfridsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Liljeström in the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Njurunda BK getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Kjell Ros hit a great ball. Täby IFK were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Njurunda BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jarl Hedlund took the corner. After taking down the ball on Täby IFK's corner Jarl Hedlund fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elof Sigfridsson quite easily take care of the ball. Sven Liljeström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 minutes of play Njurunda BK's Kjell Ros was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Kjell Ros hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Sven Liljeström struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Elof Sigfridsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Täby IFK. When Christer Tillman was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Sven Liljeström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Täby IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven Liljeström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elof Sigfridsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 86 minutes into the game, Alfred Öman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Täby IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Njurunda BK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Täby IFK's Alfred Öman got a free kick in the 86th minute. Mårten Rydberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Njurunda BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
