When Torsten Vestberg fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sorkz United's protests and gave Torsten Vestberg a yellow card for diving instead. If Sverker Brolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sverker Brolin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Pååk having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evert Kämpe to make the kick off. If Sverker Brolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilhelm Pilberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Strömsbruk FF's Sverker Brolin got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Sorkz United getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Anders Bruhn hit a great ball. A hard shot by Dick Hedling from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Leonard Pååk's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, Sorkz United's Anders Bruhn got a free kick in the 60th minute. If Sverker Brolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Verner Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Biörnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Sorkz United's goal looked a bit too open when Sverker Brolin came free, but Leonard Pååk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Strömsbruk FF's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Kämpe came free, but Patrik Biörnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vilhelm Stor's late challenge caught a Sorkz United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vilhelm Stor helped the player get up and apologised. Vilhelm Stor hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Verner Nyberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute Evert Kämpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Biörnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Vilhelm Stor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th match minute, Strömsbruk FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilhelm Pilberg to maneuver through the defense. Strömsbruk FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
