Napoleons Mandelmassa's Vilhelm Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiph Rosendal in the 7th minute of play. ISTANBUL 1453's Charles Haström got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute Filiph Rosendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 15 minutes, Charles Haström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ISTANBUL 1453's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charles Haström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oliver Alefors came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kurt Malmberg could save by the left post. Vilhelm Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidar Högström, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Egon Jakobsson's late challenge caught a ISTANBUL 1453's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egon Jakobsson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ISTANBUL 1453 booed when Napoleons Mandelmassa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egon Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vilhelm Andreasson came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by ISTANBUL 1453's Filiph Rosendal. But to his dismay, Filiph Rosendal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Oliver Alefors's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kurt Malmberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Kurt Malmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Klementsson in the 29th minute of play. Egon Jakobsson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Kurt Malmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmy Norberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver Alefors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Kurt Malmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliver Alefors could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Kurt Malmberg made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Haström in the 42nd minute of play forced Napoleons Mandelmassa's goalkeeper Vilhelm Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oliver Alefors to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Napoleons Mandelmassa's goalkeeper Vilhelm Andreasson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filiph Rosendal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Haström in the 54th minute of play forced Napoleons Mandelmassa's goalkeeper Vilhelm Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilhelm Andreasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Filiph Rosendal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, ISTANBUL 1453's Vilhelm Andreasson threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Charles Haström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kurt Malmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Alefors in the 82nd minute of play. If Filiph Rosendal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute Charles Haström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filiph Rosendal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Filiph Rosendal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vilhelm Andreasson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ISTANBUL 1453 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
