The supporters of Kalsongernas IF booed when Malmberg City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Folke Lekberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When André Bergstedt fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kalsongernas IF's protests and gave André Bergstedt a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Kalsongernas IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Bergstedt to maneuver through the defense. Edwin Hellqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kalsongernas IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Edwin Hellqvist scored to the left of an out of position Gustav Strömberg, making the score, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ludvig Skoglund made the kick off in the second half. Bengt-Åke Lindkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Gustav Strömberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yngve Fernström charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yngve Fernström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kalsongernas IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Malmberg City FC a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Harald Bergman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kalsongernas IF's Gustav Strömberg. 4-0. After having played for 60 minutes, Börje Hökqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malmberg City FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Börje Hökqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 68 played minutes Kalsongernas IF got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Sundin. Börje Hökqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustav Strömberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Börje Hökqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. If Folke Lekberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 minutes of play Kalsongernas IF's André Bergstedt was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Douglas Lindholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute.
