Rutger Jansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villiam Wästerberg having to interfere. If Isaac Boman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven Ahlbeck charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven Ahlbeck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sven Ahlbeck hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The goalkeeper, Peter Kalfhage, was totally fooled by Bergsjö's Ove Petersson, who 23 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Villiam Wästerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Ove Lindholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Eng FA's Jan-Ove Lindholm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Villiam Wästerberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jan-Ove Lindholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Villiam Wästerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jan-Ove Lindholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Villiam Wästerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rutger Jansson in the 39th minute of play. Rutger Jansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Villiam Wästerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rutger Jansson in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Villiam Wästerberg saved Bergsjö from getting behind. In the 43rd match minute, Bergsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Sundén to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute of the match Eng FA got a corner. Bergsjö's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ove Granström ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ove Granström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Villiam Wästerberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan-Ove Lindholm to strike the kick off in the second half. Isaac Boman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peter Kalfhage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sverker Beneth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th match minute, Bergsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sverker Beneth in the 59th minute of play forced Eng FA's goalkeeper Peter Kalfhage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Boman took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Kalfhage. Peter Kalfhage dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Sverker Beneth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Peter Kalfhage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Rutger Jansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Villiam Wästerberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Sverker Beneth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bergsjö's supporters rose to their feet, but Sverker Beneth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Kalfhage breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sverker Beneth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Boman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Kalfhage having to interfere. If Sverker Beneth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rutger Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
