Spectators: 6664 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Karl-Erik Jonsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Påryd's Otto Billström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Sundling in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to Påryd getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Jens-Ola Myr hit a great ball. After 9 minutes of play, Norberg BK's Greger Drake made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Otto Billström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bengt Möllgren lost his temper 16 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Påryd fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! Arvid Löfgren kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Lars Lundin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Haglund having to interfere. Lars Lundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Rickard Haglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Henrik Tinglöf fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norberg BK's protests and gave Henrik Tinglöf a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Norberg BK's Henrik Tinglöf got a free kick in the 39th minute. With a little luck, Påryd's Otto Billström got control of the ball when Greger Drake tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Sundling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Otto Billström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 54thth minute of the game Tomas Sundling who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Påryd's Otto Billström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Påryd's goal looked a bit too open when Greger Drake came free, but Otto Billström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Greger Drake received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Otto Billström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Greger Drake sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lars Lundin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Norberg BK's Arvid Löfgren got a free kick in the 65th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Påryd's Lars Lundin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rickard Haglund. That made the score 2-1 after 66 minutes of play. Lars Lundin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 played minutes Norberg BK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Olof Kiempe. Greger Drake struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Otto Billström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norberg BK. After a defensive mix-up in Norberg BK's zone, Lars Lundin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Haglund came out of the goal and Lars Lundin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Otto Billström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greger Drake in the 94th minute of the match. Allan Lindgren's late challenge caught a Norberg BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Allan Lindgren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 97th minute of the match Norberg BK got a corner. Påryd's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roger Molander ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Norberg BK's Sven-Olof Kiempe getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Norberg BK had won after a very even match.
