Spectators: 6444 (Terracing: 5444, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pelle Källberg started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Tim Eliasson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fobbolklubb and the Lilywhites players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fobbolklubb's Tim Eliasson got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Lilywhites's Gabriel Hökkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Källberg in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fobbolklubb's zone, Olov Friberger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Helberg came out of the goal and Olov Friberger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henry Helberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Friberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fobbolklubb's goalkeeper Henry Helberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Fobbolklubb defense, Olov Friberger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henry Helberg. The Fobbolklubb fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henry Helberg should have stopped the shot. Gunnar Duset sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Lilywhites's Anton Skytt got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 36th minute, Tommy Vidman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Gunnar Duset ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Hökkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Olov Friberger made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Lilywhites getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Pontus Häger hit a great ball. Isak Gunnarsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gabriel Hökkvist. Lilywhites's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Gunnar Duset had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Lilywhites defense, Gunnar Duset kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Hökkvist. The Lilywhites fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Hökkvist should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Fobbolklubb getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Tommy Vidman hit a great ball. Fobbolklubb's Henry Helberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Fobbolklubb from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pelle Källberg in the 73rd minute of play forced Lilywhites's goalkeeper Gabriel Hökkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fobbolklubb's Pelle Källberg got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pelle Källberg in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Hökkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Fobbolklubb booed when Lilywhites was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Bäckström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Gunnar Duset ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Hökkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Michel Uggla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Helberg having to interfere. In the 94th minute Olov Friberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Helberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fobbolklubb were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lilywhites for a fine match.
