In the 20th minute Joel Kullander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Hammarberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th play minute Gunnar Aronsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Karl-Ove Sjödin. 1-0. If Greger Jonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Greger Jonsson came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Överum BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Greger Jonsson couldn't finish the play. Överum BF's Niklas Axelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Ove Sjödin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Aronsson in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Överum BF booed when Dannike was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Höijer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 played minutes Dannike got a freekick which was hit by Albert Högman. Greger Jonsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Ove Sjödin having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Greger Jonsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Ove Sjödin was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 64th match minute, Dannike was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Erik Thidén to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, Gunnar Aronsson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Dannike's Karl-Ove Sjödin. Karl-Ove Sjödin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karl-Ove Sjödin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Tom Dalman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dannike's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Överum BF the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dannike fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! Karl-Ove Sjödin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Axelsson in the 91st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gunnar Aronsson in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Ove Sjödin saved Dannike from getting behind. 93 minutes into the match, Dannike's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Axelsson came free, but Karl-Ove Sjödin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Joel Kullander took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Marko Hammarberg to make any attempt to save it.
