Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5530, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arne Vallgren started the match with the kick off. Thor Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Börje Asmundsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Henrik Algren. Konga's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arne Vallgren took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hampus Abrahamsson. Hampus Abrahamsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Villiam Hagberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Henrik Algren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Konga got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Moberg. In the 30th minute Klas Wallmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hampus Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villiam Hagberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hampus Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Vallgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th match minute, Pauliström IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Erik Johansson to maneuver through the defense. Per-Erik Johansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrik Algren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per-Erik Johansson ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Konga were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Villiam Hagberg to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Arne Vallgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hampus Abrahamsson was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. When Arne Vallgren came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Konga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Vallgren couldn't finish the play. Arne Vallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Konga's zone, Villiam Hagberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrik Algren came out of the goal and Villiam Hagberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hubert Ånger during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Pauliström IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Ånger to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Oskar Stensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Henrik Algren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Pauliström IFK got a freekick which was hit by Hubert Ånger. Thor Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Chants of Konga echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Pauliström IFK had held the ball for most of the match.
