Spectators: 7300 (Terracing: 5477, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gunnar Mellbad took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 8th minute, Jörgen Ferm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Fritz Åkerström fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urshult FF's protests and gave Fritz Åkerström a yellow card for diving instead. Fritz Åkerström kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Conny Norberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Eskil Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eskil Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conny Norberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Simon Blomqvist fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Backe BK's protests and gave Simon Blomqvist a yellow card for diving instead. After 20th play minutes Fritz Åkerström shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Eskil Olsson and just under the crossbar into goal. Gottfrid Njurenius hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Elliot Jansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conny Norberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Backe BK's Nicklas Sundén got a free kick in the 28th minute. Urshult FF's Fritz Åkerström got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conny Norberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Eskil Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Fritz Åkerström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Åkerström in the 35th minute of play forced Backe BK's goalkeeper Eskil Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Fritz Åkerström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urshult FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fritz Åkerström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Åkerström in the 47th minute of play forced Backe BK's goalkeeper Eskil Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fritz Åkerström was the one to do the kick off. Conny Norberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Eskil Olsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Fritz Åkerström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eskil Olsson was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Backe BK's Nicklas Sundén got a free kick in the 54th minute. Conny Norberg charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conny Norberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Conny Norberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conny Norberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 59th playminute. In the 63rd minute Fritz Åkerström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Eskil Olsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eskil Olsson made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Conny Norberg sent off a good shot on target. Björn Näver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Mellbad in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Urshult FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urban Strandberg to maneuver through the defense. Gunnar Mellbad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Näver having to interfere. Fritz Åkerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Eskil Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conny Norberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Åkerström in the 90th minute of play forced Backe BK's goalkeeper Eskil Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Conny Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nicklas Sundén hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. If Conny Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute Fritz Åkerström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urshult FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
