In the 45th match minute, AS Brinken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Sundberg to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Fred Hylander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Mellbad in the 56th minute of the match. If Christer Beck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Backe BK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Jonatan Enegren walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Jörgen Ferm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eskil Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Sundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 86th minute Christer Beck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Backe BK's Eskil Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christer Beck in the 93rd minute of play. Eskil Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Beck in the 96th minute of the match. Axel Sundberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Eskil Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Despite being the better team, AS Brinken failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
