The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. roffes grabbar's Fabian Ekenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Sundberg in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Sundberg in the 6th minute of play forced roffes grabbar's goalkeeper Fabian Ekenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Ekenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Nässén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harry Nässén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Ekenberg having to interfere. Mattias Sundberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fabian Ekenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Ekenberg came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Älta's Mattias Sundberg. But to his dismay, Mattias Sundberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Mattias Sundberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Älta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Örjan Eliasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Svante Dalkvist made a huge save. After a rather tough play, roffes grabbar's Örjan Eliasson got a free kick in the 32nd minute. roffes grabbar's Niklas Utfal couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Älta. Örjan Eliasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Svante Dalkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Örjan Eliassons short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Svante Dalkvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harry Nässén made a kick off. Mattias Sundberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Fabian Ekenberg made a huge save. Göran Hylander charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göran Hylander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, roffes grabbar's Göran Hylander got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Walter Malm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svante Dalkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Malm in the 66th minute of the match. Älta's Roy Nyberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 69th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fabian Ekenberg but with some difficulty. In the 70th minute, Ingvar Stenqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niklas Utfal did an outstanding performance 72 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-2 to the right of an irritated Svante Dalkvist in the goal. Walter Malm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 79 minutes into the game, Östen Vidman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Älta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave roffes grabbar the free kick. A well done corner resulted in Göran Hylander drilling the ball in to score 3-2 behind Älta's goalkeeper. roffes grabbar's Fabian Ekenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save roffes grabbar from getting a goal against them. After 88 minutes of play, Älta's Mattias Sundberg made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Ekenberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabian Ekenberg made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Mattias Sundberg sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ture Pettersson during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Walter Malm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svante Dalkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Eliasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
