After 16 played minutes Björkliden got a freekick which was hit by Per-Erik Kollberg. Kristoffer Harlén took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christer Gulliksson. Christer Gulliksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 35th minute, Rune Beck made a precise shot to the right of Christer Gulliksson. Björkliden's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Charles Biörkman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfons Billberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christer Gulliksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristoffer Harlén in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 51st minute, Alfons Billberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Charles Biörkman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Arne Alberg in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Björkliden's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Beck came free, but Christer Gulliksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
