Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Simlångsdalen's Malte Kämpe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Simlångsdalen's Walter Eklund got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 7th play minutes Jan Svensson shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Stig-Ove Wester and just under the crossbar into goal. 10 minutes into the game, Jens Strömqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dalhem FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Simlångsdalen the free kick. Jens Strömqvist hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Torbjörn Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malte Kämpe in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Simlångsdalen's goal looked a bit too open when Algot Mogren came free, but Stig-Ove Wester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Svensson scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stig-Ove Wester, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Algot Mogren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stig-Ove Wester. That made the score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. Stig-Ove Wester was a little too slow when Algot Mogren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 4-0. The supporters of Simlångsdalen booed when Dalhem FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Wenerdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Mogren in the 35th minute of play forced Simlångsdalen's goalkeeper Stig-Ove Wester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Ove Wester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algot Mogren, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Simlångsdalen's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Wenerdahl came free, but Stig-Ove Wester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Algot Mogren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig-Ove Wester having to interfere. Jan Svensson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Stig-Ove Wester when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Stig-Ove Wester made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Jan Svensson sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jan Svensson made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Jens-Erik Hydén shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stig-Ove Wester showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 54th minute, Jan Svensson made a precise shot to the right of Stig-Ove Wester. Simlångsdalen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Svensson in the 58th minute of play forced Simlångsdalen's goalkeeper Stig-Ove Wester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Malte Kämpe notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Dalhem FK's Torbjörn Berglund. Torbjörn Berglund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Algot Mogren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig-Ove Wester having to interfere. Algot Mogren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stig-Ove Wester having to make a save. Algot Mogren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stig-Ove Wester having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Dalhem FK's goalkeeper Torbjörn Berglund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kalle Helander. Stig-Ove Wester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dalhem FK fully deserved thier win.
