When Karl-Oskar Löfgren fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Finspång's protests and gave Karl-Oskar Löfgren a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Svängsta IF booed when Finspång was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Oskar Löfgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Per-Oskar Strandberg hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Ove Wik kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 21stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Svängsta IF's keeper Jesper Askstedt was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Svängsta IF's goalkeeper Jesper Askstedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ove Wik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jesper Askstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Ove Wik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jesper Askstedt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ove Wik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Askstedt having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Gösta Eliasson kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Per-Oskar Strandberg got a throw-in 58 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Åke Odin. It was beautiful to see Svängsta IF's Zebastian Vibjörnsson in action when he in the 61st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After a rather tough play, Finspång's Ove Wik got a free kick in the 65th minute. If Vilgot Sundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ove Wik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ove Wik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ove Wik came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Finspång fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ove Wik couldn't finish the play. Per-Oskar Strandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Finspång's Karl Granberg broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 94 minutes, Vilgot Sundström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Finspång and the Svängsta IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Finspång's Vilgot Sundström got a free kick in the 95th minute.
