Jimmie Uter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dan Fridlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimmie Uter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Fridlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Kingen united IF's Dan Fridlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jimmie Uter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kulltorp's goalkeeper Jimmie Uter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Kulltorp's Walter Aleberg, in the 36th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Kulltorp. A collision led to Kulltorp getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Anders Kinell hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Fridlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 79 minutes, Harry Ek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kulltorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harry Ek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Billberg during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 82 played minutes Kulltorp got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Billberg. Harry Ek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Torsten Arenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Harry Ek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torsten Arenius. Kingen united IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Ek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.
