Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ingmar Gustavsson started the match with the kick off. Oliver Nykvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Hydén in the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Grästorp FF getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Dag Johnsson hit a great ball. In the 10th minute Evert Alebom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Bergman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Nyström got free with Niklas Bergman in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Lovikka's Niklas Bergman got control of the ball when Erik Nyström tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute, Evert Alebom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Alebom in the 18th minute of play forced Lovikka's goalkeeper Niklas Bergman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Nyström took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Bergman. Niklas Bergman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Oliver Nykvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Hydén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 30 minutes, Ingmar Gustavsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lovikka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ingmar Gustavsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Erik Nyström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grästorp FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Nyström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niklas Bergman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evert Alebom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niklas Bergman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Alebom in the 38th minute of play. Lovikka's Kurt Hydén got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Kurt Hydén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dag Johnsson fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grästorp FF's protests and gave Dag Johnsson a yellow card for diving instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evert Alebom made a kick off. Erik Nyström scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niklas Bergman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 57 minutes into the match, Ingmar Gustavsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oliver Nykvist, 2-1. 63 minutes into the match, Grästorp FF's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Gustavsson came free, but Oliver Nykvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Olofsson during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes Grästorp FF got a freekick which was hit by Simon Olofsson. After 66 played minutes Grästorp FF got a freekick which was hit by Per-Oskar Alebeck. In the 68th minute, Kurt Hydén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Evert Alebom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niklas Bergman was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 3-1 became the score in the 72nd minute when Evert Alebom elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Grästorp FF's Oliver Nykvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Grästorp FF from getting a goal against them. In the 84thth minute of the game Erik Nyström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lovikka's Niklas Bergman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Grästorp FF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lovikka for a fine match.
