Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) DANTORPE's Matthias Kjellqvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Oviken's Per Lindberg got a free kick in the 2nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Tunström in the 3rd minute of play forced Oviken's goalkeeper Stellan Rydberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilhelm Månsson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 9th minute. Oviken's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Robin Asserlind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marko Pihlgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in DANTORPE's zone, Robin Asserlind stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marko Pihlgren came out of the goal and Robin Asserlind tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulf Uter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marko Pihlgren made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Robin Asserlind sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilhelm Månsson in the 24th minute of play forced DANTORPE's goalkeeper Marko Pihlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Evert Anselius fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oviken's protests and gave Evert Anselius a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes Oviken got a freekick which was hit by Evert Anselius. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Arvid Deckbergh hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. When Leif Tunström came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the DANTORPE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Tunström couldn't finish the play. Stellan Rydberg stood somewhat misplaced when Matthias Kjellqvist came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 55 minute. In the 61st minute, Matthias Kjellqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilhelm Månsson in the 62nd minute of play forced DANTORPE's goalkeeper Marko Pihlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Oviken fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Oviken's Wilhelm Månsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Robin Asserlind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marko Pihlgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Oviken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Fredriksson to maneuver through the defense. In the 79thth minute of the game Matthias Kjellqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oviken's Stellan Rydberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Matthias Kjellqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilhelm Månsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marko Pihlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Asserlind in the 89th minute of the match. The supporters of Oviken booed when DANTORPE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvid Deckbergh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
