Johan Asklöv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Kongshojs boys's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Lind came free, but Johan Asklöv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, FC Nightcrawler's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Ingemarsson came free, but Edgar Majman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Benjamin Persson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Asklöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sonny Giöck hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Benjamin Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Ingemarsson in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Nightcrawler's goalkeeper Edgar Majman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kongshojs boys's Johan Asklöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Persson in the 26th minute of play. Benjamin Persson struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Johan Asklöv didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Nightcrawler. Edgar Majman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Ingemarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Ingemarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Majman having to interfere. Kongshojs boys's Sven-Arne Nordström shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 42nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Edgar Majman but with some difficulty. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Edgar Majman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sven Sundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Edgar Majman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 played minutes FC Nightcrawler got a freekick which was hit by Claes Lidberg. Edgar Majman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Ingemarsson in the 49th minute of play. After the first half FC Nightcrawler were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Kongshojs boys's Sonny Giöck got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Kongshojs boys's goalkeeper Johan Asklöv had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Persson. In the 60th minute, Sven Sundström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgar Majman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Ingemarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kongshojs boys's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Bernt Lind scored to the left of an out of position Johan Asklöv, making the score, 0-2. Johan Asklöv was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bernt Lind showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 78 minute of play.
