Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) Karl-Erik Valrot started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Örjan Mellbad got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 9thth minute of the game Andy Hurtig who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Risbäck's Jan-Ove Blom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Arvid Asmundsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Risbäck's supporters rose to their feet, but Arvid Asmundsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Strömqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andy Hurtig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ove Blom having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Örjan Mellbad got free with Arne Strömqvist in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute Andy Hurtig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Blom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Erik Valrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jan-Ove Blom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Risbäck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gottfrid Karlberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute Karl-Erik Valrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Blom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Mats Fagrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Norrahammar fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Norrahammar's Karl-Erik Valrot looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Karl-Erik Valrot struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Jan-Ove Blom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norrahammar. Jan-Ove Blom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Erik Valrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Risbäck's Jan-Ove Blom got control of the ball when Andy Hurtig tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Andy Hurtig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arne Strömqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Asmundsson in the 76th minute of play. Jan-Ove Blom made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Andy Hurtig sent off a good shot on target. Andy Hurtig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jan-Ove Blom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Andy Hurtig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Ove Blom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 97th minute, Karl-Erik Valrot fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jan-Ove Blom, passed just outside the right post. The Risbäck fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Norrahammar were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
