Urban Deckberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Skräddare in the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to VT if getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Stig-Ove Malmberg hit a great ball. In the 33rd match minute, VT if was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Hegg to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Sandell, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alf Skräddare in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urban Deckberg saved VT if from getting behind. If Alf Skräddare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Disco 54's goalkeeper Magnus Forssberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Mats Wallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mats Wallin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee ignored VT if's protests and gave Stig-Ove Malmberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, VT if's Stig-Ove Malmberg got a free kick in the 93rd minute. If Niclas Hellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
