An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Grubb in the 4th minute of play forced Lugnvik IK's goalkeeper Alex Aleberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 played minutes Lugnvik IK got a freekick which was hit by Alf Beneth. When Daniel Johnsson fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seglora's protests and gave Daniel Johnsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, Seglora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Johnsson to maneuver through the defense. When Olov Nordstedt came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Seglora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olov Nordstedt couldn't finish the play. Simon Ståhlman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. When the final whistle went the supporters of Lugnvik IK were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Seglora side.
