After 7 played minutes Fiskleverdöden got a freekick which was hit by Johnny Sjöberg. Niklas Fagrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Rikard Sikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dag Bern recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Magnarp Calcio Club's David Nyström got control of the ball when Marko Botvidsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rikard Sikström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Nordkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Fiskleverdöden's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Fagrell came free, but Rikard Sikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niklas Fagrell struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Rikard Sikström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Magnarp Calcio Club. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklas Fagrell in the 30th minute of play forced Fiskleverdöden's goalkeeper Rikard Sikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Fiskleverdöden getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Staffan Apelquist hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Nordkvist in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rikard Sikström saved Fiskleverdöden from getting behind. Rikard Sikström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Nordkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Nordkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Fiskleverdöden's Bengt Stenkvist got a free kick in the 56th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Magnarp Calcio Club's Niklas Fagrell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rikard Sikström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Niklas Fagrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Rikard Sikström made a huge save. Rikard Sikström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Nordkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Gustaf Dahlkvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rikard Sikström, 0-1. In the 94th match minute, Fiskleverdöden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kåre Collin to maneuver through the defense. If Niklas Fagrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magnarp Calcio Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
