After a defensive mix-up in Magnarp Calcio Club's zone, Kent Arvidsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Nyström came out of the goal and Kent Arvidsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Niklas Fagrell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roger Åberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Niklas Fagrell slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. Roger Åberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 11th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Olov Hurtig. Melker Bergsten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Nyström having to interfere. Kent Arvidsson scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Nyström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Martin Nordkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Roger Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Åberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niklas Fagrell in the 31st minute of the match. 34 minutes in the game, Niklas Fagrell fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Roger Åberg having to interfere. Magnarp Calcio Club's Martin Nordkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Nordkvist in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Åberg saved Walesa United from getting behind. Walesa United's Roger Åberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Walesa United from getting a goal against them. Magnarp Calcio Club's Niklas Fagrell got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Martin Nordkvist made the kick off in the second half. Martin Nordkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Åberg having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Lindqvist during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Simon Lindqvist hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Walesa United's Magne Karlsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Nordkvist in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Åberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niklas Fagrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Roger Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niklas Fagrell in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Åberg saved Walesa United from getting behind. In the 68th minute, Martin Nordkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magnarp Calcio Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 72nd minute, Martin Nordkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niklas Fagrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute Niklas Fagrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Walesa United's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Nordkvist came free, but Roger Åberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Nordkvist in the 89th minute of play forced Walesa United's goalkeeper Roger Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magnarp Calcio Club were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
