The audience held their breath when Stig-Ove Boklund in the 15th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the David Nyström's left hand side. 17 minutes into the match, Gössarps BK's Niklas Möller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Nyström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Magnarp Calcio Club's Niklas Fagrell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Billy Ödmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Billy Ödmann was a little too slow when Martin Nordkvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-0. After some careless play in the Magnarp Calcio Club defense, Olov Dahlberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Nyström. The Magnarp Calcio Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Nyström should have stopped the shot. Olov Dahlberg's late challenge caught a Magnarp Calcio Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olov Dahlberg helped the player get up and apologised. If Niklas Fagrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Martin Nordkvist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Nordkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Niklas Fagrell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Billy Ödmann was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Billy Ödmann came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Magnarp Calcio Club's Martin Nordkvist. But to his dismay, Martin Nordkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Billy Ödmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niklas Fagrell in the 86th minute of the match. Niklas Fagrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magnarp Calcio Club's Niklas Fagrell got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Magnarp Calcio Club's Martin Nordkvist in the 99th minute got a chance for a shot 99th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gössarps BK's goalie prevented a goal. There was no doubt that Magnarp Calcio Club were the better team. Magnarp Calcio Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
