The referee ignored Mostly Harmless's protests and gave Ola Bryngelsson a yellow card for diving instead. Ola Bryngelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Axel Löfdahl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niklas Björkkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 59th minute, Mostly Harmless's Gösta Nordström seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gösta Nordström the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mostly Harmless protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gösta Nordström had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arman Henriksson during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes Mostly Harmless got a freekick which was hit by Arman Henriksson. 74 minutes into the match, Mostly Harmless's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Drake came free, but Oskar Arvidsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
