The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14th minute, Stefan Ahlbeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Törnblom who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Måns Bokelund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Sven-Arne Billing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Törnblom got free with Måns Bokelund in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Måns Bokelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joacim Bruse in the 24th minute of the match. Elias Törnblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 33 minutes into the game, Ian Bohlin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brännö's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Norrsundet IFK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Brännö's Ian Bohlin got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Ian Bohlin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 36th playminute. Norrsundet IFK's Måns Bokelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joacim Bruse in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joacim Bruse in the 41st minute of play forced Norrsundet IFK's goalkeeper Måns Bokelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Norrsundet IFK got a freekick which was hit by Birger Möllgren. 46 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Brännö's Joacim Bruse fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Norrsundet IFK's Måns Bokelund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Norrsundet IFK from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Birger Möllgren was the one to do the kick off. Måns Bokelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joacim Bruse, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Ivar Elg charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivar Elg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Törnblom in the 67th minute of play forced Norrsundet IFK's goalkeeper Måns Bokelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Måns Bokelund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joacim Bruse's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Brännö's Elias Törnblom nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Måns Bokelund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Joacim Bruse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joacim Bruse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Bokelund having to interfere. Måns Bokelund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joacim Bruse went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Måns Bokelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joacim Bruse in the 88th minute of the match. Ian Bohlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Bokelund having to interfere. Brännö's Joacim Bruse got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elias Törnblom scored 6-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Måns Bokelund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Norrsundet IFK's zone, Joacim Bruse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Måns Bokelund came out of the goal and Joacim Bruse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Brännö had played much better football throughout.
