Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5535, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 100) Tomas Rosen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 8 minutes, Nils-Åke Sjödin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Munktown City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Åke Sjödin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dala-Husby's Frank Back proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Dala-Husby from getting a goal against them. Munktown City's Karl Mellbad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Rosen in the 10th minute of play. Nicklas Nilsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Dala-Husby's goalkeeper Frank Back had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Joensson. If Nils-Åke Sjödin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tim Palm charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tim Palm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tim Palm kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Dala-Husby's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Joensson came free, but Frank Back reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Joensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frank Back. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcus Joensson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute, Munktown City's Marcus Joensson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frank Back. Frank Back yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Marcus Joensson took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frank Back. Frank Back dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Munktown City's Karl Mellbad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Rosen in the 42nd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Joensson was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Dala-Husby's zone, Marcus Joensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frank Back came out of the goal and Marcus Joensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tim Palm was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. Kasper Granqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kasper Granqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Dala-Husby got a freekick which was hit by Kasper Granqvist. The audience was convinced that Marcus Joensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frank Back was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. After 69 played minutes, Munktown City's Sven-Åke Jelm shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Frank Back came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Munktown City reached it. 73 minutes into the match, Dala-Husby's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Joensson came free, but Frank Back reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Marcus Joensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dala-Husby's Frank Back was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frank Back came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Munktown City's Osvald Wahlström. But to his dismay, Osvald Wahlström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 90 minutes into the match, Munktown City's goalkeeper Karl Mellbad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Abelsson. After 93rd play minutes Osvald Wahlström shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Frank Back and just under the crossbar into goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dala-Husby players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Munktown City.
