To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Knut Lidström's late challenge caught a Dala-Husby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Knut Lidström helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ginga getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Knut Lidström hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Ginga defense, Tomas Rosen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Bagge. The Ginga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Bagge should have stopped the shot. Gunnar Bagge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Abelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When Dala-Husby's Arne Abelsson in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
