Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Frösön's Olle Byström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Bengt-Åke Olofsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mullsjö's Kevin Söderman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 6th minute Harry Carlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Larsfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Ove Lindblom got free with Christian Larsfält in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th match minute, Mullsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Törnblom to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Mullsjö's goal looked a bit too open when Arman Björkkvist came free, but Kevin Söderman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gilbert Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 15th minute, Arman Björkkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bengt-Åke Olofsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Kevin Söderman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Kaj Sundström got free in front of the goal in the 19th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Christian Larsfält was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Inge Alstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Frösön's Olle Byström got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Sven-Olof Molin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Ove Lindblom got free with Christian Larsfält in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Arman Björkkvist sped through Mullsjö's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kevin Söderman. In the 35th minute, Calle Ekrot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Olle Byström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 38 minutes, Arman Björkkvist made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Mullsjö's Kevin Söderman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Olle Byström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaj Sundström made a kick off. When Andréas Tunberg fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frösön's protests and gave Andréas Tunberg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mullsjö booed when Frösön was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andréas Tunberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 played minutes Frösön got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Åke Olofsson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt-Åke Olofsson got free with Kevin Söderman in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kevin Söderman made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Gilbert Billström sent off a good shot on target. Arman Björkkvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kevin Söderman came out and tried to block the shot, but Arman Björkkvist slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 63rd minute. Sven-Olof Molin's late challenge caught a Frösön's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Olof Molin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Sven-Olof Molin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Olle Byström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Frösön's supporters rose to their feet, but Olle Byström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevin Söderman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Mullsjö. Calle Ekrot stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Christian Larsfält. 1-5. When Edmund Törnblom fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mullsjö's protests and gave Edmund Törnblom a yellow card for diving instead. Arman Björkkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Frösön could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mullsjö throughout the match.
