Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Limmared's Arvid Löfskog started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Oskar Örtendahl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Johannes Högberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Limmared's Arvid Löfskog got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan-Erik Kiempe hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Ulf Kilstedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Johannes Högberg made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulf Kilstedt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Johannes Högberg. That made the score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. Albin Aspengren hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Helge Granström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerry Gustavsson was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Arvid Löfskog in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Johannes Högberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jerry Gustavsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Kielberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 30 minutes, Alexander Kielberg made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Limmared's Jerry Gustavsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Arvid Löfskog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Arvid Löfskog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Helge Granström took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerry Gustavsson. Jerry Gustavsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. When Alexander Kielberg came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Blattnicksele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Kielberg couldn't finish the play. Tomas Alberg was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 48th minute. Limmared's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexander Kielberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arvid Löfskog in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johannes Högberg saved Blattnicksele from getting behind. Jerry Gustavsson made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Helge Granström sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th match minute, Blattnicksele was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Kielberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Helge Granström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Örtendahl in the 73rd minute of play forced Blattnicksele's goalkeeper Johannes Högberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Blattnicksele's zone, Oskar Örtendahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johannes Högberg came out of the goal and Oskar Örtendahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Limmared's Jerry Gustavsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Kielberg in the 79th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Limmared's zone, Helge Granström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerry Gustavsson came out of the goal and Helge Granström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Limmared getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ulf Kilstedt hit a great ball. Alexander Kielberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Arvid Löfskog made a precise shot to the right of Johannes Högberg. Blattnicksele's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. When Arvid Löfskog came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Limmared fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arvid Löfskog couldn't finish the play. 92 minutes into the match, Blattnicksele's Alexander Kielberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerry Gustavsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Helge Granström made a precise shot to the right of Jerry Gustavsson. Limmared's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. Limmared were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Blattnicksele for a fine match.
