Rickard Lange scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hjalmar Brander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Robert Askestät's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hjalmar Brander was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. 29 minutes into the game, one of Tibro:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Robert Askestät sped through Tibro's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hjalmar Brander. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Robert Askestät made the kick off in the second half. Hjalmar Brander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Askestät in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Rickard Lange left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Hjalmar Brander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rickard Lange's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the match, Robert Askestät had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hjalmar Brander. Tibro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Askestät was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Andersson in the 85th minute of play forced Tibro's goalkeeper Hjalmar Brander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Robert Askestät made a precise shot to the right of Hjalmar Brander. Tibro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. Rickard Lange charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rickard Lange the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Alnarp BF got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Lange. Hjalmar Brander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Askestät's shot from short distance in the 95th minute.
