Spectators: 7517 (Terracing: 5677, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vilgot Brander started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilgot Brander in the 5th minute of play forced Fluffe BK's goalkeeper Isidoro Figueiras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Klas Skog managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fluffe BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Klas Skog was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddie Eklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Fluffe BK booed when Semihioo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Jansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eddie Eklund was a little too slow when Joel Wennerqvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-0. With an all-out effort, Fluffe BK's Eddie Eklund threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kurt Bohlin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With his leg Eddie Eklund managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Fluffe BK's Joel Wennerqvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 19th match minute, Fluffe BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Hagberg to maneuver through the defense. Eddie Eklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Wennerqvist in the 23rd minute. Joel Wennerqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eddie Eklund came out and tried to block the shot, but Joel Wennerqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute Kurt Bohlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddie Eklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With splendid footwork Joel Wennerqvist arrived in front of goal to shoot 3-0 by the left pole in the game's 29th minute. Kurt Bohlin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eddie Eklund having to make a save. Eddie Eklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klas Skog in the 36th minute. If Kurt Bohlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Semihioo FC's goalkeeper Eddie Eklund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Wennerqvist was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Joel Wennerqvist put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Eddie Eklund. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Wennerqvist in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eddie Eklund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th match minute, Semihioo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Håning to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Mattsson in the 65th minute of play forced Semihioo FC's goalkeeper Eddie Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klas Skog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Eklund having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Joel Wennerqvist made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Semihioo FC's Eddie Eklund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vilgot Brander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Figueiras having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Semihioo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Bohlin came free, but Eddie Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Semihioo FC's Eddie Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claes Mattsson in the 79th minute of play. Axel Borre kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When Jan-Erik Wållander fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fluffe BK's protests and gave Jan-Erik Wållander a yellow card for diving instead. After 84 played minutes Fluffe BK got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Erik Wållander. In the 86th minute, Semihioo FC's Kristian Rudqvist seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kristian Rudqvist the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Semihioo FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kristian Rudqvist had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Semihioo FC's Kristian Rudqvist got a free kick in the 87th minute. Klas Skog blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eddie Eklund having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Joel Wennerqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eddie Eklund was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. There was no doubt that Fluffe BK were the better team. Fluffe BK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
