Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Magnus Åkesson kicked off to start the match. Alf Wassenius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Eklund having to interfere. Tommy Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilgot Brander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Håkan Nordström hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Börge Skoglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 12 minutes, Vilgot Brander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Semihioo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilgot Brander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristian Rudqvist during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Semihioo FC's Nils Hjeltman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nils Hjeltman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Semihioo FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nils Hjeltman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Semihioo FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Själevad RK:s goal. Hannes Finnman kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Börge Skoglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Tommy Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Själevad RK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Rune Hydén hit a great ball. Alf Wassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Börge Skoglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hannes Finnman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Börge Skoglund struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Tommy Lindgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Semihioo FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Börge Skoglund in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Lindgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Börge Skoglund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Själevad RK's Magnus Åkesson in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Semihioo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Tommy Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börge Skoglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, Alf Wassenius made a precise shot to the right of Eddie Eklund. Semihioo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Borre in the 58th minute of play forced Själevad RK's goalkeeper Tommy Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Börge Skoglund took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Lindgren. Tommy Lindgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Själevad RK's goalkeeper Tommy Lindgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Börge Skoglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Axel Borre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Tommy Lindgren made a huge save. Börge Skoglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Tommy Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Själevad RK got a freekick which was hit by Rune Hydén. After a defensive mix-up in Semihioo FC's zone, Magnus Åkesson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eddie Eklund came out of the goal and Magnus Åkesson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rune Hydén fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Själevad RK's protests and gave Rune Hydén a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Rune Hydén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Börge Skoglund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Lindgren. Själevad RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Börge Skoglund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 90 played minutes Själevad RK got a freekick which was hit by Hans Forsberg. 90 minutes into the match, Själevad RK's goalkeeper Tommy Lindgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Börge Skoglund. Börge Skoglund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Lindgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Alf Wassenius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Eddie Eklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hans Jansson's late challenge caught a Själevad RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
