The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Oskar Ahlstedt in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Modig saved Lost Boys Academy from getting behind. In the 10th minute, Per-Oskar Ahlstedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Modig was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 13th minute of the match, Per-Oskar Ahlstedt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabian Modig was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Fabian Modig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Hultman, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Per-Oskar Ahlstedt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabian Modig. The goal made the score 3-0. A hard shot 20 in the game by Per-Oskar Ahlstedt from a close distance when the talented Fabian Modig managed to make a qualified save. Lost Boys Academy's players were relieved. Lost Boys Academy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Per-Oskar Ahlstedt scored to the left of an out of position Fabian Modig, making the score, 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Lost Boys Academy's zone, Alex Hultman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Modig came out of the goal and Alex Hultman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Hultman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Modig having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Petter Biörkman could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Fabian Modig however easily saved by the left post. In the 34th minute Malmo were awarded a corner. Harry Brolin went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 36th minute, Per-Oskar Ahlstedt made a precise shot to the right of Fabian Modig. Lost Boys Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per-Oskar Ahlstedt got free with Fabian Modig in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 42 minutes of play, Malmo's Per-Oskar Ahlstedt made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Modig was left in no man's land by his defense there! 47 minutes into the game, Per-Oskar Ahlstedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Fabian Modig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per-Oskar Ahlstedt was the one to do the kick off. Per-Oskar Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Fabian Modig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Hellkvist lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Malmo. Harry Brolin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fabian Modig. 9-0. In the 60th minute, Per-Oskar Ahlstedt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malmo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. 66 minutes into the game, Alex Hultman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Fabian Modig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Malmo getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Alex Hultman hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Per-Oskar Ahlstedt sped through Lost Boys Academy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabian Modig. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Per-Oskar Ahlstedt put it in 13-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fabian Modig. Fabian Modig didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Hultman went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score. Fabian Modig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Oskar Ahlstedt in the 87th minute of play. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 15-0 when Per-Oskar Ahlstedt sped through Lost Boys Academy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabian Modig. Fabian Modig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Hultman in the 94th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Malmo fully deserved thier win.
