Spectators: 7189 (Terracing: 5589, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Maximilian Norberg scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Ove Lindström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aleksander Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Gilson Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 9 minutes, Kurt Kullander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Örebro United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kurt Kullander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jan-Ove Lindström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximilian Norberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Kurt Kullander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jan-Ove Lindström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24thth minute of the game Maximilian Norberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Siljansnäs's Jan-Ove Lindström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximilian Norberg in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Ove Lindström saved Siljansnäs from getting behind. Maximilian Norberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ove Lindström having to interfere. Maximilian Norberg struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Jan-Ove Lindström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Örebro United. After 35 minutes of play, Örebro United's Kurt Kullander made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Ove Lindström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jan-Ove Lindström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximilian Norberg's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Kullander in the 42nd minute of play forced Siljansnäs's goalkeeper Jan-Ove Lindström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Lund charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robert Lund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Örebro United getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Robert Lund hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Otto Dahlman made the kick off in the second half. Maximilian Norberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th minute Robert Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Ove Lindström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Maximilian Norberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 61 minute of play. In the 66th minute, Maximilian Norberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Ove Lindström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 70th match minute, Siljansnäs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Dahlman to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Maximilian Norberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximilian Norberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Jan-Ove Lindström made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximilian Norberg in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Ove Lindström saved Siljansnäs from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Robert Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Örebro United's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Lund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Ove Lindström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan-Ove Lindström was a little too slow when Kurt Kullander got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-6. Kurt Kullander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Ove Lindström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. When the match was over Örebro United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Siljansnäs throughout the match.
