The supporters of Raske BK booed when Örebro United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute Esbjörn Wiman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilson Gerber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esbjörn Wiman might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilson Gerber. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Esbjörn Wiman ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esbjörn Wiman in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilson Gerber saved Örebro United from getting behind. Gilson Gerber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esbjörn Wiman in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Lech Jurgiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 21 minutes, Gunnar Vassenius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Örebro United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Vassenius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximilian Norberg in the 23rd minute of play forced Raske BK's goalkeeper Júnior Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Lech Jurgiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilson Gerber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Esbjörn Wiman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Esbjörn Wiman put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gilson Gerber. Júnior Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximilian Norberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Júnior Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Hultin in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximilian Norberg was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Maximilian Norberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Júnior Trigo was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Raske BK defense, Maximilian Norberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Júnior Trigo. After 83 played minutes Raske BK got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Pil. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esbjörn Wiman in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilson Gerber saved Örebro United from getting behind. Esbjörn Wimans short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Gilson Gerber to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Vassenius in the 96th minute of play forced Raske BK's goalkeeper Júnior Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
