After having played for 12 minutes, Per-Åke Åkerman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 30th minute Marc Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Kilström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marc Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Fortuna Galaxy's Hans Vacker got control of the ball when Kent Fransson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute, Osvald Mårtensson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hans Vacker, passed just outside the right post. After 81 minutes, Per-Åke Åkerman made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Fortuna Galaxy's Hans Vacker tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kent Fransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hans Vacker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Stora Enso Legends got a freekick which was hit by Birger Lind. When Stig-Åke Bock fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stora Enso Legends's protests and gave Stig-Åke Bock a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th minute, one of Stora Enso Legends:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Stora Enso Legends. In the 98th minute there was a penalty for Fortuna Galaxy. Arvin Åkesson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Morgan Kilström. 2-1. Stora Enso Legends walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
