In the 27th match minute, Figeholm IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Björkkvist to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Figeholm IK's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Boberg came free, but Rune Vallman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Christoffer Boberg came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Lilywhites FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christoffer Boberg couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute Michel Åman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Vallman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christoffer Boberg was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Lilywhites FC's Christoffer Boberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christoffer Boberg in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rune Vallman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erik Björkkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Ivarsson having to interfere. If Hugo Stephansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dick Lingren hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Christoffer Boberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Vallman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Staffan Kjellkvist came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Lilywhites FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Staffan Kjellkvist couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Michel Åman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 96 minutes into the match, Hugo Stephansson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rune Vallman. Figeholm IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Stephansson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The Figeholm IK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lilywhites FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
