Joseph Kruuse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilgot Söderkvist having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vilgot Söderkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 60 minutes into the match, Nässjö's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bebben Bonk. Karl-Erik Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Svanér, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sedona FC's Malte Ström got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. But to his dismay, Bebben Bonk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7.
