Spectators: 7010 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dick Ahlström started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Ahlström in the 3rd minute of play forced Hällnäs's goalkeeper Ralf Söderman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dick Ahlström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Ralf Söderman made a huge save. Dick Ahlström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dick Ahlström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ralf Söderman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Egil Forsell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Karl-Erik Hjelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Hällnäs's Egil Forsell in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Herräng BK's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Hällnäs's goalkeeper Ralf Söderman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dick Ahlström. Dick Ahlström did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Ralf Söderman 30 minutes into the match. If Dick Ahlström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herräng BK's Kenneth Kvick got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dick Ahlström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Hällnäs's Ralf Söderman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dick Ahlström in the 56th minute of play. Karl-Erik Hjelm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Egil Forsell's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Fredrik Högström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ralf Söderman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Dick Ahlström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralf Söderman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Söderman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dick Ahlström in the 77th minute of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Dick Ahlström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hällnäs's Ralf Söderman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Dick Ahlström sped through Hällnäs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ralf Söderman. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hällnäs! In the 87th minute there was a penalty for Herräng BK. Henry Gustafsson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ralf Söderman. 3-0. In the 92nd minute, Dick Ahlström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kenneth Kvick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralf Söderman having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Herräng BK had played much better football throughout.
