The score was 1-0 after a penalty in the 14th minute, where Blackjacks:s Ralf Hellbom tricked Ludvika RK:s Rickard Olsson with a difficult ball by the left post. When Linus Lindqvist came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Ludvika RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Lindqvist couldn't finish the play. If Linus Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Ludvika RK's Rickard Olsson got control of the ball when Gert Kaxe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute, Gert Kaxe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rickard Olsson. The goal made the score 2-0. Kevin Allbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Rickard Olsson made a huge save. Rickard Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Blomkvist in the 34th minute of play. After 34 played minutes Ludvika RK got a freekick which was hit by Victor Johansson. Rickard Olsson made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Kevin Allbom sent off a good shot on target. Rickard Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Blomkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elias Blomkvist to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Gert Kaxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
