In the 14th match minute, Torparna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Stolpe to maneuver through the defense. Håkan Boman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. Stornäset FF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 17th minute, Stornäset FF's Joel Wiberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henry Ekeberg. Henry Ekeberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Knut Johansson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Henry Ekeberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vilgot Bäcklin kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Torparna booed when Stornäset FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knut Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wictor Söderquist in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvar Bäckman saved Stornäset FF from getting behind. Stornäset FF's Knut Johansson got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Torparna's goalkeeper Henry Ekeberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Håkan Boman. Knut Johanssons short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Henry Ekeberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Joel Wiberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Henry Ekeberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torparna's Henry Ekeberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Boman in the 52nd minute of play. Stornäset FF's Alvar Bäckman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Stornäset FF from getting a goal against them. Knut Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Håkan Flink sped through Torparna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Henry Ekeberg. Henry Ekeberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Håkan Boman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stornäset FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
