With his leg Kjell Lindqvist managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Glimåkra IF's Joar Lindell fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joar Lindell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjell Lindqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Glimåkra IF's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Vollander came free, but Patrik Eckegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Glimåkra IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Vidman to maneuver through the defense. Harry Wiklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Kjell Lindqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Glimåkra IF's Frank Vidman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Frank Vidman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Glimåkra IF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Frank Vidman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Frank Vidman kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. General Eagles's Kjell Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Böcklund in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Glimåkra IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrik Damm to maneuver through the defense. Harry Wiklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute of the match Ulrik Damm shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kjell Lindqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Harry Wiklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell Lindqvist. General Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Wiklund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Harry Wiklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Kjell Lindqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Glimåkra IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Vilgot Tidén scored to the left of an out of position Patrik Eckegren, making the score, 1-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in General Eagles fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Glimåkra IF. Joar Lindell stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kjell Lindqvist. 2-1. The supporters of Glimåkra IF booed when General Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Brandin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Harry Wiklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glimåkra IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harry Wiklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Harry Wiklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 87 minutes, Harry Wiklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kjell Lindqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harry Wiklund went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Harry Wiklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Glimåkra IF were the better team. Glimåkra IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
