In the 14thth minute of the game Michael Alebom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Blue Harvest's Kaj Bank was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Niclas Igelström threw the ball into play from the sideline. IFK Ribba's Pontus Åström quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Alebom in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kaj Bank prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as IFK Ribba's Michael Alebom slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kaj Bank. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. Rune Lind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Kaj Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Michael Alebom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John Hagström in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kaj Bank saved The Blue Harvest from getting behind. Kaj Bank didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Alebom went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The Blue Harvest's Kaj Bank played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Alebom in the 68th minute of play. Kaj Bank was left in no man's land by his defense there! Niclas Igelström's late challenge caught a IFK Ribba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niclas Igelström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 98th match minute, The Blue Harvest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niclas Igelström to maneuver through the defense. IFK Ribba's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
